I told you these were silly.  ;)  Again, these were made using www.HeroMachine.com , a free Internet toy.  I recognize that the Mike one is in rather poor taste, but, well, I was young and foolish at the time.  If anybody else makes some of these, let me know and I'll put them up.  Cheers!
