Episode 3 RC	Hauling	Survival Equipment	Tagi	Swim out to a certain point and dive down to drag an underwater chest ashore.  The Survival Equipment here was spear-fishing stuff.
Episode 3 IC	Build Something First	Immunity Idol	Pagong	The "Carry A Tribemate With a Stretcher" variant.  The main entertainment here is turning off the TV to free yourself of the heinous screechings of the tribe members being "rescued."
Episode 4 RC	SOS Challenge	Target Crate	Tagi	Tagi is groggy.
Episode 4 IC	Division of Labor Race	Immunity Idol	Tagi	One tribe member swims, then one runs a balance beam, then one rows, then one sprints through the jungle, then two dig for a treasure chest.
Episode 5 RC	Practice Then Employ This Limited Skill	Food Supplies, Still-Living Food Source	Pagong	Three rounds, with one castaway from each tribe participating in each: blowgun, slingshot, and spear-throwing.  It turned out the spear-throwing was winner-take-all and the rest of the game was just to accumulate food for the winning tribe.
Episode 5 IC	Rowing	Immunity Idol	Pagong	Tribe members are floating in the water; one person rows out to the most distant one and picks her/him up; from there, each added person can contribute to the rowing effort.

Episode 6 IC	Obstacle Course	Immunity Idol	Tagi	Your very basic obstacle course on a sandbar.

Episode 7 IC	Breath-Holding	Immunity Necklace	Greg	Very simple "How long can you stay underwater" challenge.  The top three finishers then had a simple swimming race.  (The top breath-holder was Gervase, but Greg won the swim race.)
Episode 8 RC	Practice Then Employ This Limited Skill	Not Quite A Family Visit	Greg	Archery contest to win videos from home, and to record a video in response.  Famously previewed to the Survivors by Jeff, who waited until the last minute to reveal that Jenna did not get a video.

Episode 9 RC	Ropes Course	Big Feast + Not Quite A Family Visit	Colleen (Shared w/ Jenna L.)	Reward was a barbecue dinner in the jungle, shared with one other castaway, and letters from home for the winner and the share-ee.
Episode 9 IC	Giant Board Game	Immunity Necklace	Rudy	A "flip over the piece you were standing on just now" type game.
Episode 10 RC	Balance & Race	Horrible, Gross Junk Food + Not Quite A Family Visit	Gervase	Gervase got a slice of pizza and a brief phone call home.

Episode 11 RC	Survival Trivia	Elaborate Trip + Family Visit	Sean (Shared w/ Richard)	Overnight stay on a boat (food, shower, bed), and, surprise: once you got on the boat you find a family member there.  (The share-ee person does not get a family visit.)  The family visitor also joins the tribe for a while the next day and brings a care package for everyone.

Episode 12 RC	Mud Absorption	Date With Jeff Probst	Kelly W.	The worst challenge ever combined with the worst reward ever.  A stroke of brilliance!  As a "bonus," Kelly got to watch an early edit of the opening credits of the show.  What...fun.
Episode 12 IC	Memorize the Story	Immunity Necklace	Kelly W.	For some reason, the Survivors had to use camcorders to record themselves running through the jungle to the various answering stations.
